I was disappointed by the breakfast area, which was a shambles. The staff, while lovely, struggled to address issues effectively, like the constant waits for pool towels. the pools were freezing cold, making it hard to enjoy our time.

The Sheraton's lush subtropical gardens and expansive layout made it a delight to wander through, beautifully blending elegance with accessibility – perfect for leisurely strolls at any age.

More comfortable seating in public areas would be nice.

this hotel is amazin! the staff are super friendly and always make u feel welcome. the location is just perfect, right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast is huge and delicious, so many options! the pools are great too, really nice to chill out by.

the wait times for food at the pool bar were way too long, and the room could’ve been cleaner on arrival. we had to ask a few times for some housekeeping.

Spacious Premium Double Room with Garden View featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Loved the bidet and walk-in shower. Fresh robes and slippers! The spa was amazing with relaxing treatments. Breakfast had tons of healthy options like fresh smoothies, and the pool area was super welcoming with heated pools.

The only minor issue was the dining prices, which felt a bit steep for what you got, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 🌊

It was just a good match for a brief weekend stay in Caleta De Fuste with great value. I enjoyed the large, airy lobby that created a welcoming atmosphere every time I came back to the hotel. Make sure to try the poolside bar for lunch. it had great snacks.
